How Do I Receive Orders?

Computer/Laptop

Receive orders via your own PC or laptop. If you don't have one, don't worry, we can provide one to you. You can then view and accept orders.

Printer

With our  individualised printer you can use your own Wi-Fi or sim card to print orders as soon as they arrive on your website.

Android Tablet

Our dedicated App allows you to receive orders through your Android App.

SMS

When a new order has arrived you can receive a text. When you are happy with the order, click the link to accept the order.  

Email

Receive an email when an orders are placed. Then click in the email to accept or reject the order.

EPOS

You can receive orders via our very own EPOS software.

All methods to receive orders are available with all packages.

    For a start up investment of a £50 (deposit to signup) where terms apply for a 0% commission website and £100 to join The FoodHouse. If you have a 0% commission website it is free to become part of The FoodHouse.

  • What other charges are there on The FoodHouse website?

    Where a customer has paid by card, our card processing rates apply, which we are happy to discuss with you. Menu updates on The FoodHouse are free.

  • Can I have different prices on The FoodHouse website than in my shop?

    Don’t confuse your customers with a different pricing structure, so in answer to your question, no.

  • Where can I see a demo of your website?

  • How quick do I receive money from card payments?

    You will receive payments from order made by card payments 5 working days from the date of transaction. For example, orders placed on a Monday will be paid to your chosen bank the following Monday.

  • How can I market my own website?

    We deal with a variety of businesses and can offer support, advice and guidance on what has worked best in order to get the most from your website. Please message us for more details.

     

  • Can my website print in Chinese letters?

    是, Our FoodHouse website processes orders in English and will print Chinese letters or any other language of your choice.  All we need from you is the translation.

  • Can I change how I get my orders?

    Of course you can, and we are more than happy to discuss this with you. Just let us know.

  • A new owner has taken over, what do I do?

    If you know that a new owner is taking over your takeaway or restaurant along with your website, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure all monies and payments are being sent to the correct bank account.

  • How can I close our website in an emergency or I am too busy?

    If you need to close your website at short notice, no problem, we have systems that allow this to happen which we can discuss with you at the set up stage.
